As the request from customers in Africa, we came to Africa in July 2019. Within just one month, we provided customers with relevant equipment for free, optimized the manufacturing process, and improved the manufacturing level. End of May, Benson and David from Marketing Dpt go to visit the customers in Malaysia. The main purpose for this time visiting is: 1. Communicate with the customers, learn more feedback information for the products in before order, and improve the products as per customers’ requirement to make our bins be more suitable for our customers.

Recently, our company organize the “Employee of the Year" to have a good tourist in Beijing. About 20 members attend this journey. They come from different Dpt., Marketing Dpt, General office Dpt, Production Dpt, etc, but the most are the workers from the workshop.

Recently, some of our old friend, who cooperate with us for years come to Hero Equipment. They come to do the final inspection for the grain containers before delivery. The related members from Market Dpt, QC Dpt, Tech Dpt, and production Dpt are together with the customers for the inspection.
